Just heard that the carriers here in the UK are no longer seperating BIS and BES in terms of supplying devices to consumers.

The big problem we have had here in our organisation is that individuals with personal devices purchased via the high street are provisioned with BIS only and in the past were charged a high rate per month to get these BES provisioned.

So we were getting a great deal of frustrated users wanting access to our BES.

It seems RIM have had a change in policy and devices are now being supplied to the high street stores with both systems on at no extra charge.

Excellent news from our point - thumbs up to however in RIM pushed this one forward.
