HI All,
I have been installing BES 5.0 for Microsoft Exchange. Installation all goes well but when i try to perform wireless synchronization, the process stays on Activating....I also tried performing activation using Desktop Manager but still cannot complete. i don't get any specific error message. but just that the process doesnot progress. Can anyone please advise????

I believe you're referring to Wireless Enterprise Activation.

Also, verify with your carrier that you've got the correct Enterprise BlackBerry Data Plan provisioned on the wireless account(s).
