Default Sort by device OS BES 5

On BES 4.x you could add the handheld's OS version to the column list and sort by that to see who was running an older version and upgrade them, is there a way to do this on BES 5

Default Not that I've seen ...

Not with BAS. Pretty much all reporting will need to be pulled from the monitoring service (or 3rd party solution). I have both a 4.1 and 5.0 environment and I heavily rely on BerryStats for reporting so I'm actually dreading when I fully move to 5.0 as reporting is just not as clean and easy.

I've been to a few RIM events and a TON of feedback has griped about the BAS GUI. The old interface was basically a SQL view so it's not entirely out of the realm of offering so of that back at some point (praying)

that would be awesome if they brought back the old interface, it was so much faster and easier to use....and its not just getting use to a new one, ive used BAS for 4 months now, and it sucks for getting info, or exporting lists, etc...

We have BoxTone for monitoring and it can do basic info query / admin tasks as well as instant report generation to html or pdf files. It uses a dynamic flash environment too that is pretty responsive. It takes some of the pain away from having to log into BAS to do everything. Not a salesman, or getting a kickback, but if you can justify the cost for it it is a great little product.
