My boss put money in the budget for me to go, but don't know if it's been approved yet.

Two months ago, I saw a provocative movie on cable TV. It was called The Net, with that girl from the bus.

I will be talking to my boss about going again next week. Got my fingers crossed.

Our department took a 20% pay cut and our company is barely afloat.
I'm guessing I won't be going to WES anytime soon.

Submitted to attend part of my 2010 training so we'll see. Likely will depend on admin track and what mobility projects are approved for 2010.

I'm hoping, but it will certainly be a position where I'll probably only be able to go if asked to speak again and can get a free pass. I can swing the travel by myself (love AirTran's cheap flights to Orlando), but the conference fees are what throw a wrench into it all.

If i can swing it, I might be hired to work at the 5 sided donut!

I will def be there...2009 was my company's best year in the last 10!! But so pissed because Microsoft changed their Dynamics conference to the same week. My only 2 confs of the year and they MS had to go and screw me!

Approved. Flight purchased and hotel reserved, even if attendwes.com states you can make your hotel reservation with your conference reservation. I'm not taking any chances of NOT getting into the Marriott. Also staying an extra day and using my Marriott Reward points for the room!

Which is why you reserve your room for the following year's WES the day after it ends like Darth does.

I almost took the Marriott deal last year where they had a week's worth of stay for 75% off. I should have done it.

I am noticing under the Mobility as a Business Driver Track that there is a "Sample Session" called "Strategic Approaches to Managing Personal Versus Corporately Owned Devices." <fingers crossed>

I attended last year for the first time. I am registered and all set to go again this year!
