Hi all,

BlackBerry Professional Server on v4.1.4. Curve w/ 4.5 (Verizon) on Exchange 2003 sp2. User deletes email on handheld and the delete is reflected on Outlook. However, user deletes email in outlook and the email stays on the blackberry? Everything I know of appears to be working properly but does anyone have any suggestions I could look at?

How long are you waiting until you are deciding this fails? This can take several hours even on a BES (as opposed to BPS). Also I believe having outlook in Cached mode can cause issues of this nature.

Thanks for the response. I can go several hours (even overnight) with no change in the behavior. Good call on the "cached mode" but this user is not running cached mode on their Outlook 2007.

All, Thanks for the help but after a scheduled Exchange server maintenance and subsequent reboot last night, it appears that the account is working properly now.
