You don't need to put a port number, I wouldn't imagine. Here are my instructions for my QA environment:
Installation – BlackBerry User Administration Tool
NOTE: This can be installed on a workstation or server that is not a BlackBerry-related server
- Install Java Runtime Environment 5.0
- Run jre-1_5_0_19-windows-i586-p.exe from \Installations\ResourceKit
- Install BlackBerry User Administration Tool
- Run brk-besuseradminx5.0.0.54.msi from \Installations\ResourceKit\5.0.0.54
- Click Yes when prompted to insert jvm.dll to the PATH system environment variable
- On the Wizard introduction screen, click Next
- Change Country/Region to United States
- Select ‘I accept’ and click Next
- For DNS name, type bbadmqa-us.domain.com
- For the SSL keystore location, select C:\Program Files\Research In Motion
- For the SSL keystore password, type in a unique password and click Next
- For the Destination Folder, leave the default and click Next
- Click Install
- On the DOS screen, press any key to continue
- Click Finish
