Default BES 5 and OCS 2007

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone on here has BES 5 running with OCS 2007 ? I have done before this with 4.1.6 and need to set this up for a new customer with BES 5 in a couple of weeks.

There doesn't seem to be any doco specific for BES 5 only 4.1.6 and above and knowing quality of RIM's doco, thought thought I would ask about the process for BES 5 before proceeding.

Thanks
Dave

Running that configuration right now. Works fine.

My only issue was not being able to have the OCS client for the Storm and the OCS client for the Tour published to software config at the same time.
The version numbers were stepping on eachother.

Became a non-issue once we got rid of all the Storms in my network and replaced them with Tours.

Hi, do you have OCS 2007 R1 or R2?

He pretty much has to have R1 since R2 won't work with BES. i believe the work around is to install R1, then upgrade to R2 but leave an R1 CWA server in place for the bes to use
