Mailbox Agent not functioning properly
This is a new issue for me and I'm looking for some help. Searched around some, but odd issue to phrase in a search.
Users on one Mailbox agent are getting a RED X when sending to external domains. Emails sent from their blackberries to internal users are being delivered. If we change their mailbox agent to one of the 2xx agents their problems go away. We've seen another organization with a similar issue and it was corrected by deleting the mapi profile on the BES server and recreating it. Trying to determine what has happened and why and if there is a better solution than deleting the mapi profile. Same users sending from Outlook are not having an issue so it's not an Exchange issue and since they can send internal it shouldn't be a Send As issue. Best we can determine receiving emails on the blackberries seems to be working just fine. Logs for that agent are showing:
[40719] (08/26 00:03:33.616):{0xAE8} {email addr} GetFolderIDFromList No folder ID in list for EntryID
[40599] (08/26 00:03:33.616):{0xAE8} {email addr} GetNewMovedMessages - Could not find folder entry id in folder list for RefId=-2122163627

My blackberry on the same server functions just perfectly, but I'm on another mailbox agent. It seems to only be affecting one mailbox agent which connects to two different Exchange servers. The other organization that had the issue last week was on the phone several hours with T2 support without resolution. They came up with the idea of deleting the profile. I've opened a case with T4 support today, so I'll be testing the DART to see if they are more knowledgeable than T2 support and my friends on the forums.
