I'm going with Chuck Norris because there is a special place in my heart for Invasion USA, as well as the Missing In Action and Delta Force films. Jack Bauer is a close 2nd, but I have yet to see him fight terrorists in a mall like Chuck did in Invasion USA.

Forget that. How about this:
A movie with Stallone as Rambo, Segall as Above the Law guy or Under Siege guy, Chuck Norris, Van Damme as any of his characters, Die Hard Bruce Willis, and why not add Transporter as well. Make it so they write a plot where only one of them comes out on top. Can you imagine Stallone and Segall going at it.
