After reading up on the 3rd Gen Ipod shuffle I really am starting to dislike Apple more and more. The fact that you need proprietary headphones to control EVERYTHING is ridiculous. Typical of Apple though, they want nothing else associated with their products but there own crap.

Lets not forget the Iphone, it has all these features that are locked and you technically have to pay to get them. Sorry but the day I pay for copy and paste will be a very sad day indeed.

My distaste first came when they initially bricked the Iphones without warning, voiding any warranty. How does Apple keep customers by pulling such crap? Give them a device that they must pay or risk voiding warranty to get it's full use. Who does that? Imagine if RIM gave you full Enterprise BES but you had to pay for an Enterprise Activation add-on. Pfffff.

I would love to kick Steve Jobs so hard in the ass that he could lick the crap from my boots.

I own a 2nd Gen 4GB Ipod Mini, and I didn't buy it. Odds are I will never buy and Apple product, there will always be something else out there that does the same thing for cheaper without Apple's BS.

Oh, and calling the Iphone and "Enterprise" device. Please. Iphone security and data compression will never meet RIM's standards. If they reach what RIM is doing now, RIM would have moved to better security by then.

Phew, that's my rant for the day.

Keep on ranting. I love it! Apple's BS used to be part of their genius. Now that they are starting to get more and more converts who aren't their Apple "freaks", I think it is starting to backfire on them.

But Mac's are so cool. Did you know you can run Windows in Fusion on them, completely defeating the purpose of this other "easier to use" operating system that looks so cool?
