KB17014 - An over the air software upgrade fails with an error message referencing the modules on the BlackBerry.

Overview
During an over the air software upgrade, the upgrade request fails. Clicking the Details button displays the following error:
Resolution
This is a previously reported issue that has been escalated to our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available.
Workaround
For users who are activated on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server, complete the following workaround to upgrade the BlackBerry software:
1. If not already installed, download and install BlackBerry Desktop Manager 4.7 which can be found at
BlackBerry - PDA Software Downloads - Support & Services at BlackBerry.com.
2. Download and install the BlackBerry handheld software which is available from your wireless service provider.
3. Once Desktop Manager and the handheld software are installed, connect the BlackBerry to the computer via USB cable and use Application Loader to upgrade the handheld software on the device.
For users who use their BlackBerry with BlackBerry Internet Service, complete one of the following workarounds to upgrade the handheld software:
Workaround 1
1. Connect the BlackBerry to the computer via USB cable.
2. Using Internet Explorer, navigate to
BlackBerry - Update your Device Software
3. Click Check for Updates and follow the onscreen prompts to upgrade the BlackBerry handheld software.
Workaround 2
1. If not already installed, download and install BlackBerry Desktop Manager 4.7 which can be found at
BlackBerry - PDA Software Downloads - Support & Services at BlackBerry.com.
2. Connect the BlackBerry to the computer via USB cable.
3. Open Application Loader and press Start found under the Update Software section. Desktop Manager 4.7 has the ability to automatically check for updated BlackBerry software.
4. Complete the onscreen steps to complete the BlackBerry upgrade.
