Environment
- BlackBerry® Enterprise Server software version 4.1 and later for Microsoft® Exchange
- Microsoft® Exchange 2007
- SDR171235
Overview
When a BlackBerry smartphone user tries to send a vCard® file using a BlackBerry smartphone, the following error occurs: #550 5.6.0 M2MCVT.StorageError; storage error in content conversion ##.
Resolution
This issue has been addressed in BlackBerry Enterprise Server software version 4.1 Service Pack 6 Maintenance Release 3 (4.1.6 MR3) for Microsoft Exchange.
