Environment
- BlackBerry® Enterprise Server software version 4.1
- BlackBerry smartphone
Overview
The BlackBerry smartphone user is unable to access YouTube™ using the BlackBerry smartphone.
Cause
The IT policy makes the requested service unavailable on the BlackBerry smartphone.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, set the following IT policy groups to True:
- Service Exclusivity Policy Group - Allow Other Browser Service
- Browser Policy Group - Allow IBS Browser
