- BlackBerry® Enterprise Server version 4.1
Overview
To turn on or turn off the BlackBerry® Mobile Data System (MDS) Connection Service and BlackBerry Collaboration Service for a BlackBerry smartphone user, complete one of the following solutions:
Method 1
Complete the following steps:
- In BlackBerry Manager, right-click the BlackBerry smartphone user.
- Select Enable/Disable Connection and Collaboration Services.
Method 2
Complete the following steps:
- In BlackBerry Manager, select the BlackBerry smartphone user and click Service Access to expand the drop-down window.
- Select Enable/Disable Connection and Collaboration Services.
