- BlackBerry® Enterprise Server software version 4.0 to 4.1
- BlackBerry smartphone
Overview
To regenerate an encryption key over the wireless network, complete the following steps:
Note: The BlackBerry Compressed Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions (CMIME) service book must be on the BlackBerry smartphone.
- On the BlackBerry smartphone, click Options > Security Options > General Settings.
- Click Services > Regenerate Encryption Key.
