Environment
- BlackBerry® Internet Service
- Google® hosted domain email account
Overview
BlackBerry smartphone users are unable to integrate a Google hosted domain email address even though the login credentials are correct.
Cause
The captcha needs to be unlocked for the email address.
Resolution
To unlock the captcha field for the email address log in to https://www.google.com/accounts/DisplayUnlockCaptcha and complete the user name, password and the captcha word fields.
