Environment
- BlackBerry® Enterprise Server software version 3.6 to 4.1
- BlackBerry smartphone
Overview
When BlackBerry smartphone users receive a meeting invitation on their BlackBerry smartphones, the option to accept or decline the invitation is unavailable.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, complete the following steps:
- Clear the service book database on the BlackBerry smartphone. For instructions, see KB05010.
- Perform a bulk load of the calendar data. For instructions, see KB10161.
