Overview
Errors encountered with the BlackBerry Enterprise Server User Administration Tool client can sometimes be very generic and non-descriptive in nature. An example of this is the following message:

[11:58:22] BESUserAdmin: oAuthenticate - Access denied . Review server logs for more information. Error Code: -65 (Client verification failed.)

Reviewing the BlackBerry User Admin Service log (BBUA) can provide more details as to why a generic error for the BlackBerry User Admin client occurs. The following log lines are examples and can provide additional insight into an error:
