KB15604 - How to setup BlackBerry Enterprise Server with RSA Authentication Manager
Environment
- BlackBerry® Enterprise Server software version 4.1
- RSA® Authentication Agent 6.1
Overview
Make sure all prerequisites listed in SecureID Implementation Guide for BlackBerry Enterprise Server are met. To view the document, search SecureID implementation guide BlackBerry Enterprise Server on the RSA web site.
Important: Restarting certain BlackBerry Enterprise Server services will delay email message delivery to BlackBerry smartphones. For more information, see KB04789.
- On the BlackBerry Enterprise Server, browse to <Drive Letter>:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\MDS\Servers\Instance\config\.
Note: If you are setting up more than one MDS_CS Server, browse to <Drive Letter>:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\MDS\Servers\Server_Name\config\.
- Open rimpublic.property using the Microsoft® Notepad application.
- Add application.handler.http.keepContentLocationHeader=true to the file.
- Save the file.
- Restart the BlackBerry MDS Connection Service and re-authenticate.

Clear the BlackBerry Browser cache from the BlackBerry smartphone. For instructions, see KB03865.
