Environment

- IBM® Lotus® Domino®
- SDR125029
Overview
Receipts are generated when a BlackBerry smartphone user reads an email message using IBM® Lotus Notes®, but not when the email message is read using the BlackBerry smartphone.
Additional Information
The BlackBerry smartphone does not generate receipts when email messages are read using the BlackBerry smartphone. This is by design.
