KB11841 - How to disable email redirection for a single BlackBerry smartphone user on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server
Environment
- BlackBerry® Enterprise Server
Overview
To disable email redirection for a single BlackBerry® smartphone user on the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server, complete the following steps:
- Select a BlackBerry smartphone user from BlackBerry Manager.
- Under Common, select Disable redirection.
This will stop email messages being forwarded to the BlackBerry smartphone.
To disable email redirection for a single BlackBerry smartphone user on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server version 4.1 SP2, complete the following steps:
- In BlackBerry Manager, select the appropriate BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
- Click the User tab.
- Select the desired BlackBerry smartphone user account and click Service Access.
- Select the Disable redirection check box.
This will stop email messages being forwarded to the BlackBerry smartphone.
