Environment
- BlackBerry® 8000 Series smartphones that include video capture capability
- BlackBerry® Enterprise Server versions 4.0 and 4.1
- SDR189559
Overview
Unable to save videos as a result of IT policy External File System Encryption Level (including multimedia directories) being enabled.
Workaround
Do not implement the IT policy External File System Encryption Level (including multimedia directories), instead use External File System Encryption Level (excluding multimedia directories).
