KB19464 - Unable to find Contact groups with Japanese names in the Contacts application
Environment
- BlackBerry® Device Software version 4.6
- Issue Number 313223
Overview
When performing a "Find:" for a contact group, with the name in Japanese, the group will not display. This happens only for Group names with Japanese characters.
Cause
This is a previously reported issue that has been escalated internally to our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available.
