Environment

Overview
Although the BlackBerry Enterprise Server starts with no errors, the BlackBerry Enterprise Server debug logs display one of the following:
For BlackBerry Enterprise Server software version 4.1: [10025] (03/31 11:15:38):{0x8E8} ****** - CDO not registered! - ***********
For BlackBerry Enterprise Server software version 3.6 and 4.0: [30000] (10/25 17:03:02):{0xFF8} [ENV] Unable to find CDO.DLL Version information
Cause
The CDO.DLL file required for wireless calendar synchronization is either not present or not registered on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
Resolution
Register the CDO.DLL file. For instructions, see Support Knowledge Base article KB02937.
