KB04985 - How to determine the number of active Client Access Licenses on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server


Environment

  • BlackBerry® Enterprise Server version 4.1 for Microsoft® Exchange



Overview

To view the Client Access Licenses (CAL) on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server:
  1. Open BlackBerry Manager.
  2. In the left-hand pane, select BlackBerry Domain.
  3. Click the Global tab.
  4. Expand Account in the Tasks section and click License Management.
  5. License Total is the number of allowable users in the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
