KB04985 - How to determine the number of active Client Access Licenses on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server
Environment
- BlackBerry® Enterprise Server version 4.1 for Microsoft® Exchange
Overview
To view the Client Access Licenses (CAL) on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server:
- Open BlackBerry Manager.
- In the left-hand pane, select BlackBerry Domain.
- Click the Global tab.
- Expand Account in the Tasks section and click License Management.
- License Total is the number of allowable users in the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
