Environment
- BlackBerry® Enterprise Server software version 4.1 or later for Microsoft® Exchange
Overview
Wireless Calendar status is disabled for all BlackBerry smartphone users on the BlackBerry Manager.
Cause
BlackBerry Enterprise Server is not able to register the CDO.dll version correctly.
Resolution
Ensure that the supported MAPI/CDO version is being used on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. Install the correct version of the MAPI/CDO version if required.
