KB11507 - An IT policy error occurs after moving a BlackBerry smartphone user to a BlackBerry Enterprise Server with a different BlackBerry Configuration Database
Environment
- BlackBerry® Enterprise Server version 4.0 or later
Overview
An IT policy error occurs after moving a BlackBerry smartphone user to a BlackBerry Enterprise Server with a different BlackBerry Configuration Database.
Cause
The IT policy for the BlackBerry smartphone user is associated with a different BlackBerry Configuration Database.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, perform a Security Wipe on the BlackBerry smartphone to apply a new IT policy. For more information, see KB02318.
