Environment
- BlackBerry® Enterprise Server version 3.6 to 5.0 for Microsoft® Exchange
Overview
When running the BlackBerry Enterprise Server Configuration Wizard, and typing the Server Routing Protocol (SRP) Authentication information, the following error is received:

or
Invalid properties in message service table
This error might also be encountered when the Edit Mapi Profile button is clicked on the BlackBerry Server tab of the BlackBerry Server Configuration tool, or during the BlackBerry Enterprise Server installation when clicking next on the CAL and SRP Information screen.

If the error is received during the BlackBerry Enterprise Server installation, complete the following steps:
- In the Registry Editor, go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles\BlackBerryServer.
