  2. The BlackBerry smartphone user account information has been removed from the mailbox or is corrupted.

Resolution

Complete the appropriate resolution for the cause.
Cause 1

The MAPI connection between the BlackBerry Enterprise Server and the Microsoft Exchange server was lost.

Important: Restarting the BlackBerry Enterprise Server will delay email message delivery to BlackBerry smartphones. For more information, see KB04789.

Cause 2

The BlackBerry smartphone user account information has been removed from the mailbox or is corrupted.
Resolution 2

  1. Remove the BlackBerry smartphone user from the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
