Overview
The Mail Agent crashes during a calendar slow sync while processing a calendar item with a Start Date=Wed Dec 31 19:00:00 1969.

Cause
The Mail Agent is trying to process a Calendar Slow Sync Bad Packet.
Resolution
Complete one of the following:
- Install BlackBerry Enterprise Server software version 4.0 Service Pack 5 (4.0.5). OR
- Install BlackBerry Enterprise Server software version 4.1.
Workaround
Disable Wireless Calendaring for the BlackBerry smartphone user or assign the BlackBerry smartphone user to their own agent.
