Environment
- BlackBerry Enterprise Server 4.0
- BlackBerry® Device Software 3.1 to 4.0
- BlackBerry Desktop Manager 3.1 to 4.0
Overview
When the Disable Wireless Bulk Loads IT Policy is enabled in BlackBerry Manager, enterprise activation starts, but wireless slow synchronization does not occur.
To complete the enterprise activation process in this scenario, connect the Blackberry device to a computer running Desktop Manager 4.0.
