Environment
- BlackBerry® Enterprise Server version 4.1 SP2 for Microsoft® Exchange
- Microsoft® Exchange Server 2000 SP2
Overview
Wireless calendar synchronization is not functioning in both directions.
Cause
The cdo.dll file is not registered on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
Resolution
Register the cdo.dll file on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. For instructions, see KB02937.
