Environment
- BlackBerry® Enterprise Server software versions 4.0 and 4.1
- Microsoft® Exchange
Overview
To repair a BlackBerry Enterprise Server software version 4.0 or 4.1 installation, complete the following steps:
- Log in to the BlackBerry Enterprise Server with the BlackBerry Enterprise Server administration account.
- In the Microsoft Windows® Control Panel, double-click Add or Remove Programs.
- Select BlackBerry Enterprise Server, click Support Information, and click Repair.
- When the repair process is complete, close the Control Panel.
- Go to Start > Programs > BlackBerry Enterprise Server and open the BlackBerry Server Configuration Panel. Complete the BlackBerry Server Configuration Wizard if a Next button is displayed.
- Close the BlackBerry Server Configuration Panel and make sure that all BlackBerry Services are started.
