Complete the following steps:
  1. Right-click the BlackBerry Configuration Database name in the SQL Enterprise Manager, then click All Tasks > Backup Database.
  2. Type a location for the backup files and click OK.
  3. Click OK when the process finishes.

  1. Right-click the BlackBerry Configuration Database name in the SQL Enterprise Manager, then click Properties.
  2. Click the Options tab.
  3. Check that the Recovery Model is set to Simple.
  4. If it is not set to Simple, change and then stop and start the Microsoft SQL Service.
