KB12412 - "*** MAPI *** CDOCalendar::CDOUpdate - Exception handled" error is found in the BlackBerry Enterprise Server logs
Environment
- BlackBerry® Enterprise Server version 3.6 - 4.1
Overview
The BlackBerry Enterprise Server logs contain the following error message: *** MAPI *** CDOCalendar::CDOUpdate - Exception handled
Resolution
To resolve this issue, update the cdo.dll file on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
For instructions, follow the steps in KB02937.
Additional Information
The version of cdo.dll on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server should be the same version or higher then the cdo.dll on the Microsoft® Exchange Server.
