Overview
The Sent Items folder shows More Available on the BlackBerry smartphone even though the Auto More feature is turned on.
Cause
Email messages sent from the Microsoft Outlook email application do not include the message body within a Sent Item on the BlackBerry smartphone. This feature is by design.
Resolution
To view the email message body, select More from the menu on the BlackBerry smartphone.
