Environment
- BlackBerry® Device Software 4.0 to 4.7
- BlackBerry smartphones
Overview
To delete a service book, complete the following steps:
- From the Home screen of the BlackBerry smartphone, click Options. Note: Depending on the theme on your BlackBerry smartphone, you might need to click Settings > Options.
- If you are running BlackBerry Device Software 4.1, click Advanced Options > Service Book. If you are running a version earlier than BlackBerry Device Software 4.1, click Service Book.
- Click on the service book that you want to delete, and click Delete.
- When prompted to confirm the deletion, click Delete.
To undelete a service book, complete the following steps: - From the Service Book screen, display the menu, and click Undelete. The last service book that was deleted reappears in the list of service books.
