- BlackBerry® Enterprise Server for Microsoft® Exchange®
- BlackBerry smartphones
Overview
BlackBerry smartphone users are experiencing delays with email message forwarding or unable to send or receive email messages.
Cause
The BlackBerry Enterprise Server has lost communication with the Microsoft Exchange Server.
Resolution
Restart the BlackBerry Enterprise Server to re-establish the MAPI connection with the Microsoft Exchange Server.
