KB18515 - When forwarding email messages as attachments using the GroupWise client any added text is removed.
Environment
- BlackBerry® Enterprise Server version 4.1 SP6 for Novell® GroupWise®
- BlackBerry® Device Software version 4.5
- SDR314222
Overview
When forwarding an email message as an attachment and including additional text in the body of the new message, the recipient is unable to view the new text.
Resolution
Upgrade the BlackBerry Enterprise Server to BlackBerry Enterprise Server 4.1.6 MR5 for Novell GroupWise.
Workaround
Use the forward option instead of forward as attachment when adding additional text.
