KB18779 - "BAS assignments unavailable – BUA test call failed, Check credentials and that BUA is configured for the correct domain" when previewing migration using the BlackBerry Enterprise Transporter 5.0
Environment
- BlackBerry Enterprise Server 5.0 for Microsoft Exchange
- BlackBerry Enterprise Transporter 5.0
Overview
After previewing the migration for a user using the BlackBerry Enterprise Transporter, you receive the error: BAS assignments unavailable – BUA test call failed, Check credentials and that BUA is configured for the correct domain, and are unable to proceed with themigration.
Cause
The BlackBerry Administration Service FQDN has been incorrectly entered during the installation of the BlackBerry User Administration Tool.
Resolution
Uninstall and re-install the BlackBerry User Administration Tool being sure to enter the correct FQDN of the BlackBerry Administration Service server.
