KB19189 - Filed messages are moved back to the inbox when wireless reconciliation occurs
Environment
- BlackBerry® Enterprise Server for IBM® Lotus® Domino® software version 5.0
- SDR370522
Overview
A BlackBerry smartphone user files email messages into folders using their BlackBerry smartphone. After wireless reconciliation occurs, these email messages are moved back into the inbox.
Cause
This issue occurs when the BlackBerry smartphone user has more than 255 folders in their email messages file.
Resolution
This is a previously reported issue that has been escalated internally to our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available.
Workaround
There is no known workaround for this issue at the moment.
