KB18726 - "Old OTAKEYGEN packet is cancelled" is displayed in the Event Log Viewer application logs after an enterprise activation attempt

Overview
The following warning is displayed in the Event Log Viewer application logs on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server:

Computer: EXAMPLE
Description:
The description for Event ID ( 20000 ) in Source ( BlackBerry Dispatcher EXAMPLE) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: {EXAMPLE} Old OTAKEYGEN packet is cancelled.

The customer has BlackBerry® Desktop Redirector running on their computer.
Cause 2
The customer has old encryption keys on their BlackBerry® smartphone.
Resolution
Cause 1
The customer has BlackBerry Desktop Redirector running on their computer.
Resolution 1
Disable or uninstall BlackBerry Desktop Redirector.
Cause 2
The customer has old encryption keys on their BlackBerry smartphone.
Resolution 2
Wipe the BlackBerry smartphone before attempting a new enterprise activation.
