KB19173 - Read receipts are unavailable on the BlackBerry smartphone after upgrading to BlackBerry Enterprise Server version 5.0
Environment
- BlackBerry® Enterprise Server version 5.0
- SDR365305
Overview
After upgrading to BlackBerry Enterprise Server version 5.0, the BlackBerry smartphone does not automatically send read receipts.
Cause
This is a previously reported issue that has been escalated internally to our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available.
