Environment
- BlackBerry® smartphone
- BlackBerry® Enterprise Server for Microsoft® Exchange
Overview
The message list shows the sender's email address instead of the Display Name listed in the Global Address List.
Cause
The Display Name is not retrieved from the Global Address List.
Workaround
There are two possible workarounds to address this issue:
- On the BlackBerry smartphone select the contact and then view, to see the additional information for the contact.
- In the Global Address of the Microsoft Exchange Server, type the appropriate information in the Firstname, Lastname and Company name fields.
