Environment
- BlackBerry® MDS Runtime
- BlackBerry smartphones
Overview
Use the MDS Control Center to manually search for applications that have been published by BlackBerry® MDS Studio for BlackBerry MDS Runtime.
To search for and install a BlackBerry MDS Studio application from the MDS Control Center, complete the following steps:
- Click the MDS Control Center icon on your BlackBerry smartphone.
- Press the Menu key, and click Search.
- Type part of the name of the application that you are searching for, or type the applicable keywords in the corresponding fields, and click Search.
- When the results appear, select the application that you want to install, and click Install.
- When the installation is complete, an icon representing the application is available on your BlackBerry smartphone.
