KB18323 - How to verify that the BlackBerry MVS database was created successfully during installation and that the memory limits are set
Environment
- BlackBerry® Mobile Voice System version 4.6
- BlackBerry® smartphones
Overview
To verify that the BlackBerry MVS database was created successfully during installation and that the memory limits are set, complete the following steps:
- Log in to the Microsoft® SQL Server® and verify that the MVSDB database exists.
- In the Microsoft SQL Server management console, right-click the server that contains the MVSDB database.
- Select Properties > Memory.
- In the Minimum Server Memory field, type 512.
- In the Maximum Server Memory field, type 1024.
- Click OK.
