Environment
- BlackBerry® Mobile Voice System version 4.6
- BlackBerry® smartphones
Overview
To change the number of rings on BlackBerry MVS version 4.6, complete the following steps:
From the BlackBerry MVS web UI
- Log in to the BlackBerry MVS web UI.
- Select the desired phone.
- Select the desired number of rings.
- Click Submit.
From the BlackBerry smartphone
- Open the Phone application.
- Select Menu > Options.
- Select the BlackBerry MVS phone line or the Work phone line.
- Click General Settings.
- Expand the phone line you want to change.
- Select Number of Rings and change the setting.
- Exit and save settings.
