KB18672 - How to change the order in which a phone rings using BlackBerry MVS version 4.6
Environment
- BlackBerry® Mobile Voice System version 4.6
- BlackBerry® smartphones
Overview
If the phones that are associated with a user account are configured to ring sequentially, the option exists to change the priority of the ring. If multiple phones have the same priority setting, BlackBerry MVS rings the phones in the order that they appear in the Phones list of the BlackBerry MVS web UI.
- Log in to the BlackBerry MVS web UI.
- Select a phone number.
- In the Priority drop-down list, click a number for the priority of the phone. Note: Number one (1) is the highest priority.
- Click Submit.
Note: Repeat steps 4 to 6 for each phone.
