KB18167 - How to identify if BlackBerry Mobile Voice System version 4.6 is enabled or disabled
Environment
- BlackBerry® Mobile Voice System version 4.6
- BlackBerry® smartphones
Overview
To identify if BlackBerry MVS version 4.6 is enabled or disabled from the BlackBerry smartphone, complete the following steps:
- Open the Phone application.
- Select Menu > Options.
- If you see an option called BlackBerry MVS Client, then BlackBerry MVS is disabled.
- To enable BlackBerry MVS, open the BlackBerry MVS Client and set Enable MVS to Yes.
To identify if BlackBerry MVS is enabled or disabled from the BlackBerry MVS web UI, complete the following steps:
- Log in to the BlackBerry MVS web UI.
- Select the BlackBerry MVS enabled BlackBerry smartphone.
- Select the MVS tab.
- Set Enable MVS to Yes.
