Overview
To verify that the BlackBerry MVS services are running, complete the following tasks:
- In Windows® Services, verify that the following BlackBerry MVS services are running:
- BlackBerry MVS Call Processor Service
- BlackBerry MVS Notification Service
- BlackBerry MVS Session Manager Service
- BlackBerry MVS Connection Service
- Verify that the Apache Tomcat™ service is running.
- If the organization has multiple BlackBerry MVS Server instances, verify that the BlackBerry MVS Connection Service is only running on the BlackBerry MVS Server that connects to the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server.
